Black Ride City offers reliable airport transportation with flexible pick-up, secure payment options, flight tracking, baggage assistance, and excellent customer service.

Curbside Pickup: Upon landing, you will receive a text from your driver, who will be waiting in the cell phone lot. After collecting your luggage from baggage claim, proceed to the curb and inform the driver of your location. Your driver will arrive in approximately five minutes.

Meet & Greet Pickup or Special Assistance (If Required): If you need a meet-and-greet service or special assistance, your driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name, and assist you with your luggage.

We track flights in real time and adjust pick-up times for delays or early arrivals. No need to reschedule—we ensure timely service. If your plans change or you miss your flight, please notify us promptly. Our priority is a smooth, reliable travel experience.

For domestic arrivals, your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after landing. If you need more time due to delays, notify us immediately. Without contact, extra charges may apply, or the booking may be canceled. We strive for a smooth, stress-free transfer.

For international arrivals, your driver will wait up to 90 minutes after landing. For longer delays, please notify us to avoid extra charges or cancellation. We aim for a smooth, stress-free arrival with ample time for airport formalities.

For international arrivals, meet your driver at baggage claim or the arrivals hall. If needed, they will hold a sign with your name. You'll receive a text or call with details. If you can’t find your driver, contact us for immediate assistance. We ensure a smooth, hassle-free pickup.

Yes, you can request extra stops. Inform us in advance to adjust the fare based on distance and wait time. Additional charges may apply. Let us know at booking for a smooth, flexible ride.
